Sitting mixed breed dog in an orange colored street scene with a vintage gas station in the background. Duster belonged to a friend of mine, and was one of my first models for my new foray into dog portraits. Duster was a sweetheart of a dog. I placed her in front of an old gas station that used to be in my neighborhood in Seattle. Both Duster and the gas station are gone now. Modern condos now sit where Madrona Auto once lived, and Duster's portrait is on my bedroom wall. Maybe change is good, but sometimes maybe not.
