Moose and Jody

Two golden retrievers in the back of a van with the hatch open, peaceful and cooperative after a good romp in the dog park. I was commissioned to paint this portrait by the parents of the boys that the dogs owned. The female goldens were companions to two sons of different temperaments, just as the dogs were. Moose was outgoing and friendly, Jody more cautious and restrained, though both were happily tired out after some hard playing at the dog park! The van was the dog van, the WOOF has meaning to the Husky fan sons (UW football team), and the dog running in the background was shows the location at the dog park. 911 32nd Ave. Seattle, WA 98122 206 941 9663
